On World Oral Health Day, something truly beautiful came full circle. Dr Raman Karki, once a Dolma Foundation student, returned — not as a guest, but as a dentist dedicated to giving back.
He spent the day caring for two of our visually impaired students, Prasai Rumba and Shiva Majhi, offering not just treatment, but the same compassion and encouragement that once shaped his own journey. Every smile he restored was a reflection of how far hope and opportunity can travel when nurtured with kindness.
It was more than a check-up. It was a moment that captured the very heart of Dolma Foundation’s mission — empowering children to grow, to thrive, and one day, to lift others as they were once lifted.
Raman’s story reminds us that every act of care has the power to echo forward — turning support into legacy, and dreams into impact.
