In 2022, Dolma Foundation’s Chairman Tim Gocher was awarded the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for his outstanding services to British investment and economic development in Nepal.

Reflecting on the recognition, Tim shared, “There can be nothing more important for tackling inequality than educating the poorest and most marginalised children.”

For nearly two decades, Tim has led Dolma Foundation with unwavering purpose and humility — building opportunities where there were none, and ensuring that economic growth uplifts the most vulnerable.
